PawPrint Studio is a creative design studio built around storytelling, individuality, and meaningful visuals. Founded by a multidisciplinary artist and designer, the studio specializes in custom digital art, illustration, and merchandise design inspired by animals, emotion, and alternative aesthetics. While the studio’s client base began within the pet care industry, PawPrint Studio is expanding to collaborate with photographers, tattoo artists, bands and musicians, trade companies, clothing brands, streamers, and influencers.

Blending artistic creativity with technical precision, PawPrint Studio offers a clear and collaborative design process from concept to completion. PawPrint Studio brings a unique perspective to visual branding, compelling presentations, and tailored marketing strategies. Services include a broad range of visual solutions such as marketing kits, album covers, social media graphics, flyer advertisements, business cards, vehicle decals, custom apparel, and more.

Project Overview

A project overview provides a comprehensive description of your request and should include as much detail as possible to ensure the final product accurately reflects your vision. This may include the project’s objectives, target audience, key features, desired style or tone, and any specific requirements or preferences. Providing visual or written reference examples is strongly encouraged, as it helps clarify expectations and guides the creative direction from the start.

The accuracy of the final design is dependent on the information provided in the project overview. Incomplete, vague, or inaccurate details may result in delays, limited revisions, or additional revision fees. Any changes requested that differ from the original project overview or approved draft may be considered a revision outside the original scope and will require additional time and a new quote.

Turnaround & Payment

The estimated processing time will range from 14-30 business days, depending on the complexity of your request and my current workload. This timeframe allows for research, planning, design development, and revisions to ensure the final result meets your expectations. Complex projects may require additional time. Expedited services and commercial licensing are available for an additional fee and must be requested prior to the start of the project.

Full payment or a non-refundable deposit is required before any work begins via Cashapp, Zelle, PayPal, or Ko-Fi. This deposit secures your place in the queue and covers initial planning, research, and design preparation. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the approved drafts and before final delivery of any high-resolution files, source files, or transferable assets.

Failure to submit payment by the agreed deadline may result in project delays, suspension, or cancellation. All payments are final. Deposits and completed work are non-refundable, as time and resources are allocated specifically to each commission.

Drafts & Finalization

You will receive an initial draft outlining the proposed concepts and overall design direction. This draft allows you to review the structure, style, and key details before finalization. Based on your feedback, any necessary revisions or refinements will be made to ensure the final design aligns with your vision. Once all requested adjustments are completed and approved, the project will be finalized and delivered.

Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the final approved design for its intended purpose as discussed prior to the start of the project. This may include personal use or limited commercial use if explicitly agreed upon. Paw Print Studio retains full copyright and ownership of all original work, reserving the right to display completed commissions in portfolios, websites, social media, and promotional materials.
